Are the homes at Treetops ready for occupancy?
All of the homes at Treetops have been completed and have a final certificate of occupancy issued by building authorities, except for Unit 881. Unit 881 is complete through drywall and awaits purchaser selected finishes. Depending upon the lead times for the selected finishes, Unit 881 could likely be delivered in 60 to 120 days.
